Drawings

In elementary school I knew I wanted to be an artist.  Every Saturday morning my Mother would take my brother and me to the library and I would load up on art books. I checked out how to books about painting, and books about famous artists like Leonardo Da Vinci and Salvador Dali.  Their masterful draftsmanship inspired me to draw more realistically.  However it was Surrealism and the idea of drawing inspiration from your dreams which made Salvador Dali my favorite artist and his work is still an inspiration to me today.
